Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

A 24 hour notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment at Salon LeChene. A valid credit card is required to book any services over $200.  You will need to pay 50% or $30, whichever is greater, for any appointment not cancelled/rescheduled 24 hours or more in advance....this amount is due prior to rebooking.  Thank you for your kind understanding.

Also, if you no show to any appointment, you will be required to have a valid credit card on file to book any future appointments. Your understanding is appreciated.

Covid-19 Safety Precautions

We are doing things a little bit differently now in consideration of the risks associated with Covid-19.  All stylists and clients must plan to wear a mask while in the salon and must immediately use the hand sanitizer provided at the front upon entering.  Also, to avoid excess numbers of people in the salon at any one time, please remain in your vehicle until you have been notified by your stylist that it is safe to come in.  You can be assured that all surfaces that you may come into contact will be sanitized regularly throughout each day and that our stylists will not come to the salon with any known symptoms that are related to the Corona Virus. We respectfully ask the same of all of our guests.  Please be prepared to pay with Paypal or Venmo to further avoid the spread of germs.  If this is not possible, cash or check will be gladly accepted.  Thank you so much for supporting our small business...especially now!!
